Removing Auto Programs

Don’t you just love those programs who install all of the extra stuff?

Bottom line is no - you do not need them. But you have plenty of space so it usually not an issue
that they are on there.. The only thing we do not want to happen is for them to auto-load when you start your computer. In your case, Easyshare probably does load itself. To check, all you need to do is look to the lower right hand of your computer screen where your clock is located. You will see icons for all programs that were loaded when your computer started. You should see an A in a blue box for your virus software and a few others.

Do you see a yellow K - that shows Kodak easyshare. If you are not sure what the icon is for, just stop your mouse pointer on one of them and a description should pop up.

The more icons here, the more power gets pulled from your computer. As I said some of them are needed, but most are not needed. Normally you can right click on the icon and click exit to remove. You can get other tips on speeding up your performance at desktop
