What components and the value I have to modify the output of 2 - Batt 12v wet cell. 19v@3.5 amp output

I try to Computer 2 runs a small mobile-12v wet cell Batt. to the input terminal 19V. I am homeless and can not always use the adapter 110v and can not afford to spare edges. which is only good for 3 hours. max. I want a source of 8-12 hours
