Dell Latitude D610 has a black screen when it is plugged in. How can I retrieve it?
My children use the device DVD to play a new game for PC, and when I went to use the new laptop, I can not get something to appear on the screen. My son told me that I push the Off button. I tried to drive again but still nothing. It is a wireless PC, but I have the cord supply connected correctly. It seems I can not enable or disable. I tried the suggestions but I still have a black screen. Ideas? Thank you
1) I suppose you tried to convert the machine (by unplugging the network, and outside the off button) and then we? I also assume that you have carefully checked all the cables are connected to the computer and display correctly.
